From Field to Delivery

Seven stages, from the growing site through to despatch.

  1. Step 1: Farm

    Produce is grown in open fields and greenhouses in Chiang Mai.

  2. Step 2: Harvest

    Crops are hand harvested when they reach the required maturity.

  3. Step 3: Sorting

    Produce is sorted and graded, and items that do not meet the buyer specification are removed.

  4. Step 4: Cleaning

    Produce is cleaned and trimmed before packing.

  5. Step 5: Packing

    Packing is carried out by staff in dedicated clothing, hair covering, mask and gloves. Items are weighed at the packing station.

  6. Step 6: Storage

    Packed goods are held in crates and cartons and staged for despatch.

  7. Step 7: Delivery

    Goods are despatched to domestic customers and to export markets.
